Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us or what is needed to run the site:

• —Enquiry details — your name, practice name, email address, phone number, the tier and treatment area you are interested in, and any notes you add to the contact form.
• —Correspondence — emails, calls and messages exchanged with us.
• —Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected via analytics and advertising tools where you have consented to them.

How we use it

We use personal data to:

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and for 6 years afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the platform concerned.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be erased, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these, email sav@257media.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Security

We use reputable providers, restrict access to personal data to those who need it, and use encrypted connections for this website and our email. No online transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is aimed at dental practice owners and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
